When Kaitlin first described her June wedding as a classic backyard wedding with white, grey and green we were thrilled to have the opportunity to be her day-of coordinator. Every detail was stylishly designed and we had a killer team of creatives to work with. A string quartet greeted guests as they arrived at the garden ceremony, complete with gold lanterns and lush greenery over the arch and stairways. Cocktail hour on the patio then led to an alfresco buffet dinner as the sun set. Each guest received a macaroon favor from The Sweetside to munch on during toasts while they waited for the bride and groom to cut the three tiered cake.
With guests from the East coast and West coast, it was the perfect setting to blend two families and celebrate the love that Kaitlin and Max have for each other. We hope you enjoy these gorgeous images from Ryan Flynn Photography (the full list of vendors is noted at the bottom).

This was the funniest garter toss we’ve ever seen. These little boys were literally fighting over the garter, and right after this photo was taken they ended up wrestling on the floor. Priceless!
This photo is the best. It perfectly captures how we hope all of our clients feel on their wedding night – blissfully happy!
