When Whitney and Matt asked Jen Leslie Events to coordinate and do the florals for their winter wedding at The Foundry by Herban Feast, lead designer Jen was ecstatic as both were previous coworkers.  It was so special to not only have witnessed their relationship from the beginning but also to play a small part in their special day.

So many aspects of their day were unique and personal to the couple involving people they love from the DJ to the band that Whitney is a singer with to even the photographer and videographer being friends who were professionals in the industry.  Matt’s brother in law also officiated the wedding which only added to that closeness.

Whitney and her Dad handmade rose gold rings that we hung at the front for the ceremony as well as the head table during the reception.  They were beautiful.  All that was needed was some greenery and florals and they were the perfect backdrop!

Whitney and Matt’s carefree personalities were so evident and fun during the wedding.  Whitney changed into the most fun outfit for the dance party!  Since her wedding dress was two pieces, she swapped the top out for a silk blush tank top and retro jacket with her new last name on it, and paired it with sneakers! They also had an ice cream sundae bare which the guests LOVED!

It was all about the personal details for this couple’s intimate, warm wedding and it couldn’t have been more amazing!
